While the “Top Management” function will be performed by the Board of Directors comprise of functional directors. The management of the company is run by the Chief Executive assisted by the functional directors known as the “Executive Committee”. The Executive Committee formalizes the ‘vision, initiates and approves the company’s short and long-term objectives, policies, operating programs, plans and strategies, budgets, and reviews performance to achieve the vision. Internal Audit reports to the Chief Executive directly whereas Human Resources & Legal functions will be reporting to Director Finance and will initiate, review and approve human resources policies, development programs & plans, including organization development, manpower, planning, training, budgets, and salary and benefits and compensation packages.
